A plug and patch bonded into a single unit, pulled through the injury from inside the tire in one step. Uni-Seal Ultra is sized by stem diameter to match the nail hole — the fastest inside repair for a standard tread puncture.
A nylon-reinforced insert wrapped in a chemical cushion gum that cold-bonds directly to the inner liner — no heat press needed. Comes in passenger, truck, and earthmover sizes, plus complete kits with the buffing and install tools included.
Sized by width × length to match a radial tire's belt structure. Patch-only — always paired with a separate plug or filler to seal the puncture channel itself. Sized for everything from a small tread puncture to a large truck-tire injury.
Round patches built for bias-ply carcass construction — older passenger tires, trailer, farm, and off-road tires. Sized by diameter and ply rating; the same diameter often comes in two ply ratings for lighter vs. heavier-duty tires. BPT is the truck/OTR-duty version, running up to nearly 20".
Round or oval rubber plugs inserted from outside the tire with a tool and trimmed flush — no dismounting required. Fast, but best used as a temporary or supplementary fix rather than a substitute for a proper inside patch.
Tacky rubber rope forced into the puncture from outside — the classic emergency plug. Comes in different thicknesses and lengths matched to hole size and tread depth. A roadside fix, not a certified permanent repair.
